Courier: Royal Mail

We ship all orders daily Monday-Friday when ordering before 2pm.
Anything ordered after 2pm will be shipped the following working day.

 

Same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm Monday – Friday.
Parcels should fit though an average letter box – that’s not a guarantee.
Next day delivery is only available when ordering before 2pm.
Next day delivery parcels will need to be signed for by the recipient.

 

UK

• UK  Tracked – approx. 1-3 working days: £3

All UK tracked deliveries are shipped on the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service however we cannot guarentee this 100% due to courier delays and unreliability so please allow more time. Delays are rare but can happen. This delivery service can leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place.

 

• UK Next Day Delivery – (tracked + next working day): £7
• UK Next Day Delivery – (tracked + next working day before 1am): £9

All UK Next Day deliveries are shipped on the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address. This delivery service cannot leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Any late next day deliveries are eligible for a refund of the extra cost paid for the next day delivery service.

Next working day is only available when ordering before 2pm.

 

INTERNATIONAL

• International Tracked & Signed (approx. 5-7 working days) : £10

All Interantional deliveries are shipped from the UK with Royal Mail and handed to your countries national postal service. They need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address. This delivery service cannot leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Most International deliveries arrive within 5-7 working days however we cannot guarentee this 100% due to customs delays, courier delays and unreliability so please allow more time. Delays are rare but can happen.

Customers requesting International Shipping will be held liable for any customs fees or the cost of any import rejections/destruction of packages due to the relevant countries import laws. Customers should be responsible for knowing the laws in their own country.

 

Please note:

Any packages missed and not collected or redelivered will be shipped back to us by the courier after around 14 days. Any packages refused by customs will be shipped back to us. In both instances, a refund will be made minus the cost of shipping.

In the event that your parcel is lost with the courier, we are unable to replace or refund this until this has been missing for 30 days – This is due to the couriers regulations – not ours and we do apologise for any inconvience caused. If you’re in a hurry to recieve a missing parcel we would recommend creating a new order and requesting a refund for the missing order which will be issued once the 30 day period has ended.
